Highway A13 Drilling and Geotechnical Investigations

In partnership with MAKYOL ISTANBUL - SUCURSALA BUCUREȘTI, Dromcons plays a crucial role in the development of road 
infrastructure planned by CNAIR for the coming years. The "Design and Execution of the Sibiu - Făgăraș Highway, Batches 1, 2, 3, and 4" project provided an opportunity to showcase our expertise in large infrastructure works, with a particular focus on drilling and geotechnical studies. For this project, Dromcons conducted complex geotechnical drilling, collecting disturbed and undisturbed samples at depths of up to 80 meters. Our activities also included borehole mapping and visual documentation, soil testing using dynamic heavy penetration (DPH) and standard penetration testing (SPT) methods, as well as water sampling and analysis.
